Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Boreal

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
